  • Tennis and other sports for a wide variety of participant talents.
India Night
  • Combines multiple festivals into one event.
  • Dancing competitions – Kids and professional troupes.

  • Kids get to show their talent in front of a large audience and win prizes, thus honing their skills as well as gaining confidence on stage.

India Fest

WHY DOES IAM CHARGE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?

IAM is a 100% voluntary non-profit organization that brings you and the entire community a wide variety of activities that provide numerous benefits to the Indian community of Greater Memphis as well as to the entire Greater Memphis community. The nominal Membership fee charged is used towards execution of the logistics of events, food and decorations, as well as maintaining the systems (physical assets, storage, software, etc.) to continue maintaining operations of IAM. The execution of events is carried out entirely by volunteers, who put in their personal time and effort, without monetary return expectations, all for the good of the greater community.

WHAT DO I GET BY PAYING THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE?

We believe that the value provided to IAM members and the entire community in terms of activities, involvement and creating an environment of unity far exceeds the monetary value of the membership fee. The nominal fee helps us continue providing the funds for the event logistics and improving the quality and value of the events.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP?

You can register and pay for your Membership online on the IAM website! You can also pay by check or cash to a Member of IAM executive committee along with the Membership form. You can also mail your payment (check only) with the completed Membership form to the mailing address mentioned on the IAM website.

HOW CAN I DO MY PART TO HELP THE COMMUNITY?

Volunteers are always welcome! Please contact any of the IAM Executive Committee Members (Contact Emails on the Website) and we will call you to discuss where would you like to contribute.
